We live in an
amazing age where technology is linked to almost every aspect of life
and the Technical Arts Ministry is growing to be one of the most
challenging ministries available at AFC. Excitement is building as we
look forward to our new church and the many opportunities for the
technical team!
This
team has the awesome task of utilizing all audio, video, media, and
lighting capabilities to enhance our worship experience and provide
quality productions for the AFC congregation. They serve God mainly
behind the scenes, working to meet their objective of presenting a
"barrier-free" worship experience. In other words, when their work goes
unnoticed, they have been successful.
Areas that are
included in this ministry are: sound mixing, running PowerPoint
presentations, video projection, audio and video recording, computer
graphics operation, video camera operators, lighting designers and
operators.
Opportunities are
available on a regular basis during services or seasonally for specific
productions.
No matter what your
experience or background, if you have a passion for working with
anything technical; whether you love being behind the computer or the
camera, recording or mixing, we have a place for you. If you are a
